By inviting and using the ANTI LOUDER Discord bot in your server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.
ANTI LOUDER provides high-end security and moderation tools for Discord servers. This includes, but is not limited to, real-time audio analysis to prevent loud noises (earrape), automated text filtering, and advanced threat detection. The bot is actively evolving, and premium features may be modified or restricted at our discretion.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to crash the bot's infrastructure. You must not use the bot for any illegal activities or to intentionally harass other users. The bot is built to maintain peace and security; using it maliciously will result in a permanent blacklist of your server and user account.
ANTI LOUDER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and precise moderation accuracy, we do not guarantee that the bot will catch every single rule-breaking incident, nor do we guarantee zero false positives. Server administrators remain solely responsible for the management of their communities.
In no event shall the developers, owners, or affiliates of ANTI LOUDER be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of server members, or disruption of server activities arising from the use or inability to use the bot's features.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the bot at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or Discord's Developer Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any given time. Continued use of the bot after any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new terms.
